Comparison of Two Design Methods for Design of TLE

采用文[1]废热锅炉计算方法与文[2]立式热虹吸再沸器的计算方法两种不同的设计手段对乙烯裂解炉双套管急冷锅炉水循环及传热进行计算,从而进行急冷锅炉的工艺设计。对两种方法的计算结果进行了比较。

In this article, two methods - one is traditional calculation method for TLE, another is come from the design method for reboiler-were used to design TLE, including the calculation of water cycle and heat transfer. The results from these two methods were compared, then, some advices for design of TLE were presented.
