Corrosion and Anticorrosion of Vacuum and Atmospheric Equipments for Processing High Sulfur Contented Crude Oil

阐述了原油性质发生变化后,炼油厂常减压装置的腐蚀研究现状,介绍了主要设备腐蚀类型和防护措施,对其工艺防护和耐蚀材料的选择进行了评述,对现时使用的缓蚀剂进行了比较,并分析其腐蚀机理,提出了设备不同部位的材质选择建议。

In this article, the corrosion condition of the vacuum and atmospheric equipment in refineries, which is caused by property changing of crude oil,and research currency were introduced. Then,several anticorrosion methods were presented, and the process and selected material were evaluated. When different delaying-corrosion-substances were compared and analyzed, the selection of the material for different location was recommended.
