摘要
采用了通用计算流场分析软件fluent,使用gambit软件建立三维计算模型并划分网格,基于三维N-S方程,选用RNGK-ε湍流模型与SIMPLEC算法,对螺旋槽气体密封的三维流场进行了数值研究。通过验证,表明流场的数值计算结果与文献中的试验值吻合较好,模拟了气膜场的压力分布,对进一步研究具有指导意义和实用价值。
In this paper, the spiral groove dry gas seal is simulated based on three- dimensional full N - S equations, RNG turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm. It shows that the numerical results of the flow field agree well with the experiment data through validation. Thus, the result has the instructive meanings and practical values. The method can be used to analyze pressure fields in detail.
