本文给出了一个基于Web的电子阅览室计费管理系统的初步设计与实施方案,并给出系统的模块结构和功能的分析、设计与实现,这个系统集安全访问控制、安全审计、用户认证、网络流量计费多项功能于一体,为内部网络提供高度的安全性和灵活性。

This paper is intended as a preliminary design and solution for a web - based billing management system for electronic reading room, with a systematic model structure and analysis, design and realization of its functions. Integrating various functions including security access control, security audit, user verification and net flow billing, this system is also expected to satisfy the security.
