摘要
文章从分析博客在企业知识管理中的效用入手,指出企业知识博客中存在的一系列问题,并对此提出了相关的解决方案,认为企业应更恰当而充分地对知识博客加以应用。
This paper discusses the advantages of the application of blog in the knowledge management of enterprise, and points out the disadvantages of enterprise klog, then puts forward some strategic solutions for it. And considers that enterprises should make the most of klog.
