摘要
目的:调查山东省城镇地区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性,研究抗性产生的规律。方法:用WHO生物测定法,测定敏感品系和现场淡色库蚊ⅠⅤ龄幼虫对杀虫剂的敏感性/抗性。结果:我省主要蚊虫抗药程度高,分布范围广。主要蚊虫对常用的杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,对DDVP的抗性在6.10-21.18倍之间,对溴氰菊酯抗性在8-42倍之间.对残杀威的抗性在3.46-6.64倍之间。部分地区的抗性水平有逐年增高的趋势。结论:加强抗性的监测和治理工作具有非常紧迫的意义。
Objective: To survey on the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to commonly used insecticides in Shandong. Methods: WHO bioassay was used for detection of resistance in both laboratory and field collected Cx. pipiens pallens. Results: The resistance to insecticides is high in Shandong with wide distribution. The resistant index is 6.10-21.18 for Cx. Pipiens pallens against DDVP, 8-24 for the mosquito against deltamethrin, and 3.46-6.64 for the mosquito against propoxur. There is an increasing tendency of resistance in some areas in Shandong. Conclusion: The surveillance and management of insecticidal resistance should be strengthened in the chemical control of mosquitoes.
