糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血浆胃泌素、胃动素、生长抑素分泌时相的初探

A study of the secretion phase about plasma gastrin, motilin and somatostatin in diabetic gastroparesis

目的探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血浆胃泌素、胃动素、生长抑素分泌时相的特点。方法测定糖尿病胃轻瘫组和正常对照组0min以及食用馒头餐后15、30、60、120、180min血糖、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)、生长抑素(SS)浓度。结果糖尿病胃轻瘫组和正常对照组比较,各时相血糖、GAS、MOT浓度均大于正常对照组,且存在显著性差异(P<0.01);胃轻瘫组0、15、30、60min的SS浓度均小于对照组,仅0min存在显著性差异(P<0.01),120和180min大于对照组,但无统计学意义。结论胃轻瘫组餐后GAS、MOT、SS分泌峰值在60～120min之间,分泌峰延迟。

Objective To study the secretion phase about plasma gastrin（GAS）, motilin（MOT） and somatostatin（SS） in diabetic gastroparesis （DGP）. Methods 31 patients with DGP and 28 healthy volunteers were. enrolled in the study, the GAS, MOT and SS secretory function was assessed by steamed bread meal tests, thelevel of GAS, MOT and SS at 0, 15, 30, 60, 120 and 180 min were. measured by using radioimmunoassay. Resuits the levels of GAS and MOT in DGP were significantly higher than the control group anytime （P〈0.01）,but the SS levels at 0, 15, 30, 60min were lower, and just at 0 min had statistical differences（P〈0.01）, at 120 and 180 rain were higher, but had not stalistical differences. Conclusions The secre.tinn peak value of GAS.MOT and SS in DGP appeared between 60 rain and 120 min. and the secretion peaks were delayed.
