外伤性颅后窝硬膜外血肿32例临床诊治分析

Analysis of 32 cases of epidural hemotomas from trauma in the posterial carnial fossa

目的总结32例外伤性颅后窝硬膜外血肿病人的救治体会。方法对我院自1992年3月～2002年9月收治外伤性颅外窝硬膜外血肿病人进行回顾性总结。结果32例病人中存活26例(81%),其中恢复良好23例,中残2例,重残1例,死亡6例。结论尽量确诊,严格掌握非手术指征,清除血肿及颅内后减压术,脑室外引流术,给予保持呼吸道畅通。20%甘露醇,速尿联合治疗。

Objective To give our experence of 32 cases of epidural hemotomas from trauma in the posterial cranial fossa, Methods Collect the data of all the epidural hemotomas from trauma in the posterial cranial fossa in our hospital. Results 26 patients survived. Conclusions Early diagnosis, clean the hemotomas,maintain the airway is important for survival.
