婴儿期行舌系带矫正术的并发症

Complications of the Ankylotomy in Babies

目的了解婴儿期行舌系带矫正术的并发症,探讨舌系带过短手术矫正的最佳时期。方法收集32例在婴儿期接受舌系带“剪断术”的患儿,术后出现多种并发症,经二期手术矫正和术后随访。结果并发症为:术后出血5例,感染2例,因舌系带处瘢痕挛缩和矫正不到位,在2岁以后行二期手术25例,大多数患儿二期手术后语音功能良好。结论婴儿期不宜作舌系带矫正术,合适的手术时间为2～3周岁。

Objective To study the complications of ankylotomy in the babies and analysis the operation time of the cases of ankyloglossia. Methods 32 cases of complications - the ankylotomy in the babies of ankyloglossia were reviewed and followed up. Results There were cases of hematoma, 2 cases of infection after ankylotomy, 25 cases of needed the second opetation due to hypertrophic scars after two years. The phonations were satisfactory in the must of cases during follow up. Conclusions the ankylotomy were unsuitable in the babies .The suitable operation time were in the children of 2-3years old.
