癫性精神分裂症样精神病的临床资料分析

An analysis of clinical material of the patients with epileptic schizoid psychosis

目的探讨癫疒间性精神分裂症样精神病的临床特征和预后。方法对69例癫疒间性精神分裂症样精神病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果癫疒间性精神分裂症样精神病患者86.96%为缓慢起病,精神病性症状出现于癫疒间发作11.9年之后,88.4%的患者在癫疒间发作控制和发作减少之后出现精神病性症状,76.8%患者的异常脑电图恢复正常或得到改善。临床精神症状以思维障碍和幻听为主。33%的患者有智能低下。结论良性病程,不呈精神分裂症性衰退,愈后无精神分裂症的残留症状。

Objective To analyse the clinical material of the patients of the patients with epileptic schizoid psychosis. Method The clinical data of 69 patients with epileptic schizoid psychosis were respectively analysed. Results 86. 96% of the patients had this disease chronicly. Psychiatrical symptoms were 11.9 years later after the epilepsy seizures.88. 4% of patients had psychiatrical symptoms after the epilepsy seizures had been controlled or the seizures decreased. The abnormal electroencephalogram（EEG） of 76. 8% of the patients became normal or better. The disorder of thought and auditory hallucination were main in the psychiatrical symptoms. 33% of patients were poor intelligence. Conclusion Benign course of diseases,not appear schizophrenic at a low ebb,after recover has not remains symptoms of schizophrenia.
