独生子女与第一胎非独生子女精神分裂症的临床特征比较

A comparison of clinical characters between single child and no single child of first birth in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨独生子女与第一胎非独生子女精神分裂症患者的临床特征。方法对独生子女与第一胎非独生子女精神分裂症患者的临床特征进行比较。结果独生子女精神分裂症患者以关系妄想,被害妄想,被播散感,思维松弛、破裂及情感不协调,紧张冲动行为、焦虑抑郁及言语性幻听症状多见,并且BPRS因子分以焦虑抑郁、思维障碍及敌对性因子分较高。结论精神分裂症的症状受家庭环境的影响。

Objective To compare clinical characters between single child and no single child of the first birth in patients with schizophrenia. Method The clinical materials of schizophrenic patients were analysed, including the single child and no single child of the first birth. Results Delusion of reference, delusion of persecutory, thought broadcasting, vioce hallucination,incongruity of affect,looseness of thought,anxiety and depression and impulsive behavior were found in single child of schizophrenia more than no single child of the first birth of schizophrenia. Inaddaition,the factors scores of anxiety and depression, thought disturbance and hostility in BPILS were higher in the single child of schizophrenia. Conclusion The schizophrenic symptoms is influenced by family environments.
