姜蟅糖痛方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

Treatment with Jiangshutangtongfang on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察“姜虫庶糖痛方”内服、外洗对糖尿病周围神经病变引起的肢体麻木、疼痛、感觉减退及踝反射减弱等症状的改善作用。方法:选择糖尿病周围神经病变患者64例,随机分成两组,在基础治疗的基础上,治疗组用弥可保加中药“姜虫庶糖痛方”治疗,对照组仅用弥可保治疗。结果:用药2周后治疗组肢体麻木、疼痛、感觉减退及踝反射减弱改善的总有效率为81.3%,4周后90.6%;对照组2周后53.1%,4周后78.1%。同期比较,经Ridit分析,治疗组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“姜虫庶糖痛方”内服、外洗配合弥可保肌肉注射对糖尿病周围神经病变引起的麻木、疼痛、感觉减退及反射减弱有较好的治疗作用,而且起效较快。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Jiangshutangtongfang on synaptoms induced bydiabetic peripheral neuropathy such as anaesthesia, ache, letdown of＇ sense and ankle reflect. Methods：64 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into treatment group and contrast group. The contrast group were treated by Nikebao, the treatment group by Jiangshutangtongfang additionally. Results： In the treatment group the total effective rates of improving anaesthesia, ache, letdown of sensc and ankle reflect after two week and four weeks were 81.3% and 90.6% respectively. In the contrast group they were 53.1%and 78.1% respectively. Ridit analysis showed the clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that of the contrast group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jiangshut angtongfang combined with Nikebao injection has the good and quick effect on improving anaesthesia, ache, letdown of sense and ankle reflect induced by diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
