摘要
羊水过多是妊娠常见的并发症,其围生儿死亡率和发病率明显升高。对羊水过多正确的认识和处理有助于改善围产期结局。该文就羊水过多的病因和发病机制、诊断和治疗等研究进展作以综述。
Polyhydramnios is a common complication of pregnancy that causes significantly increased perinatal morbidity and mortality,Deep understanding and management of polyhydramnios is helpful to improve perinatal outcomes. This article reviewed progess in research on etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of polyhydranios.
