摘要
胎盘对于正常妊娠的维持和胎儿的正常发育起着重要作用,人类胎盘分泌的大量细胞因子,对整个妊娠期起着平衡调控作用。其中的Th1细胞分泌促进细胞免疫的Th1型细胞因子和Th2细胞分泌促进体液免疫的Th2型细胞因子,在妊娠时期母胎间这种细胞因子网络平衡的调控中处于关键地位。近年来,免疫学研究表明,胎盘中Th1、Th2型细胞因子失衡与妊娠期高血压疾病、不明原因的反复流产、胎儿生长受限及胎膜早破等妊娠不良结局有着密切关系。
Placenta plays essential roles in the maintenance of normal pregnancy and normal development of the fetus. Large amount of cytokines are secreted by human placenta and play balancing and regulating role for entire pregnancy, Of which, Thl-type cytokines secreted by Thl cells that stimulate the cellular immunity,and Th2-type cytokines secreted by Th2 cells that stimulate the humoral immunity, play crucial (key) roles Iin regulation and control of cytokine network balance.For recent years, immunological researches shown that imbalanced placental Th1 and Th2 cytokines are closely associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH),unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion ( URSA),intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR)and premature rupture of fetal membranes (PROM).
