多囊卵巢综合征动物模型的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征是妇科常见疾病。临床表现为月经稀发、高雄激素血症和肥胖,胰岛素抵抗和血清LH水平升高,组织学显示双侧卵巢呈多囊性改变。目前其发病原因临床尚无定论。建立多囊卵巢综合征动物模型以及对动物模型的实验研究,对指导临床诊断和治疗具有深远的意义。近年来对于多囊卵巢综合征动物模型的造模法,主要有芳香环化酶抑制剂造模法、孕激素联合HCG造模法,HCG联合胰岛素造模法、雄激素造模法,雌激素造模法等。 Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common disease of women, its clini.cal manifestations include amenorrhia,hyperandrogenism, obesity, insulin resistance and elevated serum LH level, and hystological examination of ovary reveals polycystic changes. For present, on its pathogenesis (etiology), no final conclusion has yet been reached in clinic. Establishmen and experimental research of animal model are of profound significance for directing clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. In this article, the author introduced some main PCOS animal model establishing methods, such as aromatic cyclase inhibitor method, combination method of progestrone with HCG, combination method of HCG with insulin, androgen method and estrogen method and so on.
