摘要
监狱行刑社会化是指在监狱行刑过程中通过放宽罪犯自由、拓展罪犯与社会作出联系而最终促成罪犯完成再社会化的过程。监狱行刑社会化的基本途径既包括监狱主动拓宽罪犯与社会联系,也包括社会力量积极参与监狱行刑过程。应当在中国现实的基础上积极倡导监狱行刑社会化。
The socialization of prison execution means a process in which criminal is socialized finally, by relaxing criminals and expanding relation between social and criminal in prison execution. The essential ways to socialization of prison execution include not only prison expands relation between social and criminal initiatively, but also social power participates prison execution positively. Socialization of prison execution shonld be advocated based on realistic foundation in China.
