阿魏酸钠治疗肾病综合征68例临床观察

Effect of sodium ferulate for injection on nephrotic syndrome

目的观察阿魏酸钠(益米乐)治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效及其安全性。方法随机将68例患者分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例),治疗组给予阿魏酸钠,对照组给予等量的葡萄糖溶液,两组均予以糖皮质激素及对症等治疗,一疗程为14d,共4个疗程。分别观察临床症状、体征、尿常规、免疫球蛋白、尿蛋白定量(UPro)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(SCr)。结果治疗组治疗4个疗程后,IgG、IgM、Alb明显高于对照组(P<0.05),Upro、BUN和Scr均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠作为内皮素受体拮抗剂可显著减少肾病综合征病人的蛋白尿,减少肾小球损伤及保护肾功能。

Objective To observe the effects of Sodium Ferulate for injection on nephrotic syndrome. Methods 68 patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups randomly, each with 34 patients （ the test group and the control group） ,and treated with Sodium Ferulate for injection of glucose injection correspondingly for 14 days. All patients received corticosteroid and symptomatic treatment. The levels of immunoglobins, blood ureanitrogen （ BUN ）, serum creatinine （ Scr ）, 24-hour urine protein, plasma albumin were measured. Results After 14 days of treatment the concentrations of IgG, plasme albumin and IgM in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. BUN and SCr ing the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate for injection as the anti-ET may decrease proteinuria,increase plasme albumin and ameliorate renal fumction.
