Through static and dynamic simulative tests, the practical acid-cleaning applications to 1500 apparatuses showed that the corrosion inhibitor typed H-2005 was a nontoxic powdered agent being applied in low dosage and high efficiency . It could be packed, transported,stored and carried in a easy way , safe for application. It has been found that this kind corrosion inhibitor could compound with any of the selected 10-odd acid-cleaning mediums into different formulae,showing high corrosion-inhibiting efficiency , and giving the apparatuses＇carbon steel parts quite an effect against hydrogen embattlement. The main quality standards of H-2005 reached and exceeded the typed 1an-826 product. For many years application of this kind inhibitor has brought much social and economic benefits.
