污泥脱水设施在净水场排泥中的应用

Application of Sludge-dewater Machine Used in Discharging the Sludge in Water-precipitation Plant

本文介绍污泥脱水设施在净水场排泥中的应用。污泥脱水设施的应用使清水全部回用,污泥外运处理,从根本上解决了环境污染问题。文章从卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机参数及污泥特性两方面阐述了两者与污泥脱水效果的关系,为获得较好的污泥脱水效果提供了依据。

This paper introduced the application of sludge-dewater-machine in the water-precipitation plant. Fresh water can be completely recycled while disposing the sludge using this machine, which could prevented the polluting environment. The relation between the parameters of solid-bowl centrifugal decanters or the sludge characters and dewatering effect was studied. The method how to attain better effect of sludge dewatering was also provided.
