摘要
应用AFS-930型双道原子荧光光度计同时测定水中As和Hg,操作方法简单快速,基体干扰少.砷和汞的检出限分别为As:0.05μg/L,Hg:0.02μg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为As≤3.11%,Hg≤6.94%;回收率As在96.1%~106.5%之间,Hg在97.5%~107.0%之间;相关系数As为0.9999,Hg为0.9994.
The operation of the AFS-930 atomic fluorescence spectrometer for simultaneously mensurating As and Hg in the water was simple and rapid, with little interference by base. The detection limits for arsenic and mercury were 0. 05μg/L and 0. 02μg/L respectively. The relative standard deviation for As was less than 3.11% , while 6.94% for Hg. The recovery for As was in the rang of 96.1% - 106.5% , and 97.5% - 107.0% for Hg. And the As correlation coefficient was 0. 9999, while the Hg was 0. 9994.
