摘要
目的:研究足叶乙甙分别与恩丹西酮、格拉司琼在生理盐水中配伍的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法考察足叶乙甙与恩丹西酮、格拉司琼在8h内的吸收度变化情况,同时观察外观、pH值及薄层层析检查。结果:在室温条件下,足叶乙甙与恩丹西酮、格拉司琼在0~8h内外观稳定,特征峰吸收度、pH值无明显变化,薄层层析检查无新物质产生。结论:足叶乙甙与恩丹西酮、格拉司琼在生理盐水中可以配伍使用。
Objective:To study the compatible stability of etoposide with granisetron and ondansetron. Methodos: the changes of absorbability of etoposide with granisetron and ondansetron in normal saline solution for 0 to 8 h were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. At the same time, the apparent and pH of these solution as well as the straps on the thin - layer chromatography(TLC) were examined. Results: Under room temperature 25℃, there was not any evident changes in the apparent, pH and spectrum within 8 h and no new substance was detected by TLC. Condusion: Etoposide can be simultaneously used with granisetron or ondansetron in normal saline solution.
