浅谈临床教学工作面临的困境和对策

Challenges faced by clinical teaching and suggestions

临床实习是医学教学的关键。本文旨在分析目前临床教学工作存在的一些主要问题,并在此问题基础上提出了一些对策,并从思想认识、处理医疗、教学、科研三者关系、健全临床教学管理实施系统、健全落实各项规章制度、优化考核评估系统等方面进行了阐述,以提高临床教学质量,培养高素质医学人才。

Clinical prsctiee is a key step in the medical education. In this paper, the main difficulties in the clinical teaching were analyzed. Meanwhile, some improving measurements were put forward including correct understanding of clinical teaching, handle relationship among medical treatment, teaching and research, perfection of principles and optimization examinational and evaluation system.
