摘要 采用常压精馏和短程分子蒸馏技术对间二甲苯和间甲基苯甲酸等的混合物进行分离研究,确定了常压精馏的操作策略和安全的操作条件:操作压力为常压,釜温低于160℃,得到产品的浓度和收率分达到99.0%和63.0%以上;通过考察短程分子蒸馏的进料速率、进料温度、蒸发温度和刮膜器转速等因素对间甲基苯甲酸分离效果的影响,得到了以下工艺参数:进料温度125℃以上,进料速率65 mL/h,蒸发温度(Ⅰ)为145℃,操作压力80kPa,蒸发温度(Ⅱ)为130℃,操作压力200Pa刮膜转子转速150~180r/min,产品纯度和收率分别达到99.0%和65.0%以上. The experimental study for purification of m - Xylene and m - Toluic by normal pressure distillation and short—path distillation, and make sure the appropriate operate tactic and the safe operate condition of normal pressure distillation : the operate pressure is normal and the temperature of the reboiler is under 160℃ with variable reflux. The concentration and average yield of the product is up to 99.0 % and 63.0 % respectively; The effects of operating parameters of short—path distillation such as feed flow rate, feed temperature and evaporation temperature on separation efficiency of m -Toluic had been discussed. Suitable operating parameters obtained from the experiment were: feed temperature above 125℃, feed flow rate 65 mL/h, distillation temperature(Ⅰ) 145℃, operating pressure 80 kPa distillation temperature(Ⅱ)130℃, operating pressure 200Pa, rotor rate 130~150 r/min. Through the mentioned method, a high purity product of 99.0% m - Toluic could be obtained, with total recovery of more than 65.0%
