摘要
对基础有机化学实验中的肉桂酸合成实验进行了改进,改用NaF/K2CO3。作为催化剂,产率明显提高,并确定了用混合催化剂进行肉桂酸合成的最佳条件。即半微量实验中苯甲醛0.03mol,醋酸酐0.08mol,物质的量比比为1∶2的氟化钠和碳酸钾混合催化剂4.5g,回流40min后进行水蒸气蒸馏。在此条件下,可得到肉桂酸的产量为3.4g,产率为77.3%。
A new synthetic experiment method for synthesis of cinnamic acid from benzadehyde and acetic anhydride using NaF/K2CO3 as catalyst was described. Using this method the yield was increased. Under the reaction condition of benzadehyde 0.03 mol, acetc anhydride 0.08 mol, NaF/K2CO3 4.5 g, and reflexing time 40 min, the yield of cinnamic acid can reach 77.3 %.
