摘要
对食用油脂加氢催化剂的研究现状进行了综述,并介绍了新型催化剂及催化工艺在食用油脂催化加氢上应用的优缺点。强调由单元体金属向多元体金属;多相催化剂向均相催化剂过渡是该类食用油脂氢化催化剂的发展趋势。
Latest researches in edible oils hydrogenation catalysts were reviewed, the advantage and disadvantage of the new catalysts and technology in edible oils hydrogenation were introduced. The tendency of development in this field is the shift from single to multiple metal, and from heterogeneous to homogenous catalysts.
