双克氏针张力带组合固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折

Double Kirshenes Pins Combined with Wire Tension Band Fixation in Humerus Intercondylar Fracture

目的:探讨治疗肱骨髁间骨折的新型手术固定方式。方法:采用经鹰嘴截骨入路、双克氏针张力带组合固定法治疗13例肱骨髁间骨折,并进行随访、总结。结果:本方法成功地应用于多种类型的移位、粉碎肱骨髁间骨折,随访7个月～2年,平均13个月,按Cassebaum标准,优6例,良3例,可2例,2例失访。平均骨折愈合时间11.2周。结论:双克氏针张力带固定法肱骨髁间骨折具有简单、方便、损伤小等优点,固定可靠,可作为该骨折固定方式。

Objective： To discuss the new method of fixation in humerus intercondylar fracture. Methods： Thirteen patients with intercondylar fractures of the humerus were treated with cancellou screws for the condylar metaphysis, double Kirshenes pins and double tension band for fixation. Follow-up and sum-up were performed. Results： This method was successfully used in many kinds of replacements and humerus intereondylar fractures. All patients were followed up for 7 months-2 years with an average of 13 months. The elbow function was assessed by the Cassesbaun＇ s rating system including excellent 6, good 3, fair 2 and missed 2. The average time of consolidation was 11.2 weeks. Conclusion： Double Kirshenes pins combined with wire tension band fixation in humerus intercondylar fracture is easy, convenient, less damage and stable, and it can be used as fixation method in fracture.
