头环牵引外固定架在治疗颈椎外伤中的应用

Study on the Effects of Halo Vest External Immobilization in Traumatic Cervical Spine Fracture and Dislocation

目的:探讨头环牵引外固定架治疗颈椎外伤的临床疗效。方法:123例颈椎外伤性骨折脱位患者,随机采用两种方法治疗,65例行头环牵引外固定(头环组)鸦58例行颅骨牵引(颅骨组)。结果:头环组与颅骨组对上颈椎骨折脱位的复位作用差别无统计学意义,对下颈椎骨折脱位的复位作用头环组要明显好于颅骨组。治疗后离床时间头环组要短于颅骨组。结论:头环牵引外固定架可改善复位功能,对颈椎的牵引固定作用较颅骨牵引更为坚强稳定,使用安全方便。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Halo vest external immobilization in traumatic cervical spine fracture and dislocation. Methods： One hundred and twenty-three cervical spine fracture or dislocation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups including 65 in Halo vest traction group and 58 in skull traction group. Results： There was no significant difference between two groups in upper cervical spine fracture and dislocation restoration. The restoration of Halo vest group was significantly better than that of skull traction group. The time for bed rest of halo vest group was shorter than that of skull traction group. Conclusion： Halo vest improves the function of restoration and it is firmer and stronger than skull traction.This method is safe and convenient.
