人类精液溶脲脲原体感染与生殖细胞凋亡的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨人精液溶脲脲原体(ureaplasmaurealyticum,Uu)感染与生殖细胞凋亡的关系.方法:采用PCR检测精液中Uu.用瑞姬染色和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)介导的脱氧核苷酸原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测凋亡的生殖细胞.结果:Uu感染组凋亡的生殖细胞体积缩小、核固缩、染色质密度增加,聚集在核膜周边形成半月形,胞质有空泡.凋亡率为(14.5±4.6)%明显高于正常对照组(4.1±1.8)%(P<0.01).结论:Uu感染能引起生殖细胞凋亡的增加. AIM: To study the relationship between the ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection of human sperms and the apoptosis of the germ cells. METHODS: PCR was applied to detect the Uu in sperms and the apoptotic germ cells were examined by Wright-Giemsa staining and the terminal deoxynucleotdyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate ( dUTP)-biotin nick-end labeling (TUNET)technique. RESULTS: In the group of Uu infection, the volume of germ cells decreased, karyopyknosis was observed, and the density of the chromosomes increased.Semimoon like congregate chromosomes close to the nuclei membrane and folli vacuoles were found in the plasma.The apoptosis rate of Uu infection group and the control was ( 14.5 ± 4.6) % and (4.1 ± 1. 8 ) %, respectively ( P 〈0.01 ). CONCLUSION: The Uu infection increases the apoptosis of the germ cells.
