Connected with the current situation of legal system construction and the follow - on reality of professional basketball club, this paper has a deep research on law standard of professional basketball club in China. That is ： legal system environment of professional basketball club building; related law question of professional basketball club ; the law question that relates with basketball players ; law questions of establishing Sino - foreign jointly professional basketball club, etc. This research will provide reference for China＇s healthy development of professional basketball club.
