日本将于2005年10月开始实施的新的体育指导员培养认定制度,主要有5大特点:重视竞技体育指导员综合业务水平的培养;新增加了“体育经营管理类”指导员,重视体育大环境的改善;加强国民实施“终身体育”的指导能力和活动场所;力图“终身体育”社会化、社区化、生活化;重视科学健身、科学训练以及体育医生的参与,努力创建全方位的体育强国。日本体育指导员培养制度的最新动向,为我国完善社会体育指导员培养制度提供了参考依据。

This paper analyzes the qualification system of Japanese sports coach that will be implemented in the October of 2005. The writer summarized five characteristics： regard cultivate of competitive sports coach; add “sports management” coach ; strengthen guide ability of “sports all life” ; socialization, community and living of “sports all life” ;regard the participation of scientific fitness, scientific training and sports doctor. The newest development of Japaneses ports coach will provide reference of China＇s reform of sports coach.
