Construction of Evaluation System of General Ability for the Coaches in Excellent Volleyball Team of China

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等方法,建立了我国优秀排球运动队教练员综合能力评价体系,并运用Saaty相关重要程度的计算方法,确定了各项评价指标的权重,从而运用模糊数学的方法构建我国优秀排球运动队教练员综合能力评价体系,为体育管理部门科学、客观、合理评价优秀排球运动队教练员的综合能力提供参考。

By using the method of documentary, expert interview and questionnaire, this paper puts forwards the construction of evaluation system of general ability for the coaches in excellent volleyball team of China. By using the method of Saaty＇s relevant significant degree, the writer confirms all the evaluation indexes. Thus evaluation system of general ability for the coaches of excellent volleyball team was build up. This research will provide reference for sports management department to evaluate general ability of coaches in excellent volleyball team scientifically, reasonably.
