运动对血SHBG的影响以及与胰岛素敏感性关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨规律运动对性激素结合球蛋白水平的影响及与人体胰岛素敏感性改善的关系。方法:在参加健康体检的健康人群中,选取有规律运动的46人为运动组,无规律运动者30人为对照组。分别检测其血浆性激素结合球蛋白及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:两组年龄和体重指数无明显差异。对照组胰岛素抵抗指数明显高于运动组(P<0.05),运动组SHBG明显高于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数与性激素结合球蛋白的相关系数R为-0.77(P<0.05)。结论:规律运动可提高机体对胰岛素的敏感性并增加血浆性激素结合球蛋白的水平,人体对胰岛素的敏感性与血浆性激素结合球蛋白的水平呈负相关。 Objective:To examine the association of physical exercise in healthy men with changes in plasma sexhormone -binding globulin (SHBG) and insulin resistance. Method:The subjects were classified as exercise -trained(46) if they reported regular participation in physical exercise or sedentary (30) if they reported no regular physical exercise behavior. The homeostasis model assessment was used to calculate the insulin resistance. Plasma SHBG levels were measured in duplicate by radioimmunoassay. Results:No significant difference in age and body mass index (BMI)between two groups. Plasma SHBG levels were significantly increased and insulin resistances were significantly decreased in exercise - trained. Conclusion : Regular physical exercise can increase plasma SHBG and decrease insulin resistance. There were negative correlations between SHBG and insulin sensitivity.
