摘要
研究超临界CO2萃取葡萄籽油的最佳工艺参数,结果表明,最佳的萃取条件为萃取压力30MPa、萃取温度45℃、萃取时间80min、物料的适宜水分含量约为6%。超临界萃取OPC's时,甲醇或乙醇作为夹带剂可以增加原花青素或OPC's的萃取率,且甲醇效果更好,但总体提取率仍较低。薄层分析显示提取物可能主要为儿茶素类单体化合物。
The optimal condition of SFE, with the parameters of extracting pressure of 30MPa, temperature of 45℃, moisture content about 6%, duration of 80min, were received in extracting grape seed oil by supercritical fluid extract-CO2. The extraction rate of procyanidins increased when methanol or ethanol was used as co-solvent,and the former was better than latter. However, the total extraction rate is still quite low. The result of TLC analysis showed that the extraction were mainly such monomers as (+)-catechin.
