摘要
小汽车(火)与抽水马桶(水)是交通和排污的技术工具。完全依赖这些技术工具会引起很严重的能源和资源危机。城市规划可以协助恢复市场经济的公平竞争,使各种交通和排污技术可以按照中国的国情和条件去被应用。
The automobile （fire） and water closet （water） are specific technologies for transportation and waste treatment. But a total reliance on them will create energy and water resources crisis. Urban planning could be used to restore a level playground in the market place for different technologies to compete efficiently.
