Speed up Foreign Intelligence Introduce Accelerate Development of Enterprise

文章对国外智力引进的渠道、方式、方法 ,以及国外智力引进在加快企业科技进步、科研开发、人才培养步伐等方面所起的积极作用进行了探讨和论述。同时对企业引进国外智力的现状、存在的问题及引智队伍建设等进行了分析与研究 ,并对今后企业的国外智力引进提出了一些建议和意见。

This paper discusses deeply about the channels, methods and positive effects of intelligence introducing on an enterprise in aspects of science improvement and development and manpower training management etc. Base on the studies of present situation and questions of foreign intelligence introduce and construction of intelligence introduce working group in the enterprise,some suggestions and ideas for future foreign intelligence introduce are put forward in this paper.
