摘要
应力腐蚀是引起注蒸汽管道失效破裂的主要原因,为了更好地揭开裂纹与应力之间的关系,采用ANSYS有限元软件计算了含裂纹管道断裂参数KI(I型裂纹的应力强度因子)和J积分值,并分析了裂纹开裂长度、注蒸汽压力对裂纹尖端断裂参数的影响。结果表明,裂纹开裂长度对管道破裂影响最大。对于相同尺寸的裂纹,大管径材料具有较大的KI和J积分值,因此,大管径材料对缺陷更敏感。
Stress corrosion is the major reason of fracture for steam injecting pipeline.In order to reveal the relationship between cracks and stresses the finite element software ANSYS was utilized to calculate the fracture parameter KI and J integral value.The analysis on effect of crack lengths and steam pressures on crack tip fracture parameters was made.The results show that the crack length is the most important factor for pipeline fracture.For the same sized cracks bigger diameter pipe material possesses larger KI and J integral value therefore bigger diameter pipe material is more sensitive to defects.
