花格输油管道腐蚀分析及维修情况

Investigation and Analysis of Corrosion Status of Hua-Ge Oil Pipeline

介绍了花格输油管道的服役历史及运行环境,利用漏磁检测技术对花格输油管道进行检测,依据检测结果分析了花格输油管道的腐蚀程度及类型,认为管道腐蚀严重,有一半以上的腐蚀发生在管道的底部位置,且以电化学外腐蚀为主,发生腐蚀的根本原因是保温层进水。另外,文章还对历年管道大修情况作了简要介绍。

This paper introduces the service history environment condition of Hua-Ge Oil Pipeline and major maintenance work in recent years as well.Based on the inspection data got from leakage magnetic detection the analysis on corrosion degrees and modes of Hua-Ge Oil Pipeline were carried out and the serious corrosion was found.More than half of the corrosion took place at the bottom of pipeline and were mostly the external electrochemical corrosion.The fundamental corrosion reason was that environmental water permeated into insulation layer.
