在忠县天然气净化厂工程中要吊装尾气烟囱塔架。该塔架总高90m,总质量94t,采用1台200t履带吊和1台400t汽车吊进行抬吊,并用1台80t汽车吊溜尾的方法将塔架整体吊装就位。文章介绍了吊点的设置、吊耳的形式、吊装就位措施以及具体的施工方法和注意事项。该尾气烟囱塔架从组装到吊装仅用了47天,所有工作均在地面完成,无高空作业。
The tail gas chimney tower frame in Zhong county natural gas purifying project was needed to hoist.Total height of the tower frame is 90m total mass is 94t.The tower frame was integrally hoisted and positioned by means of one 200t crawler crane and one 400t truck crane for lifting and another truck crane for tail dragging.This paper describes the setting up of hoisting point form of hoisting ear positioning measure as well as concrete construction method and notable matters.
