随着我国加入WTO和西部大开发战略的实施和深入,可持续发展成为新疆农业发展的热点问题,以保护性耕作为基础的保护性农业成为迫切需要。政策是影响农业发展的最重要因素,研究试图对新疆保护性农业发展中的政策作用与特点进行初步分析,并提出一些政策建议。

After our acceding to WTO and adoption of Western Areas Development Strategy, sustainable development has been hot topic in Xinjiang agriculture development, which urgendy demands conservation agriculture based on conservation tillage. Policy is one of the most significant factors that influences development of agriculture. The paper tried to analyze the role and characteristics of policy in Xinjiang conservation agriculture development. At the same time some policy suggestions were put forward.
