The risk diagnoses and management of imported grape propagation material virus

随着我国经济和对外贸易的发展及人们生活水平的提高,特别是随着我国葡萄酿酒工业的发展,对葡萄品种的要求更为严格。为了加快葡萄品种的更新和引进优良品种,从国外(主要是欧洲、美国等)引进葡萄繁殖材料的需求越来越大。同时葡萄病毒随葡萄繁殖材料传入我国的风险增加。为了保护我国葡萄产业安全生产,保证国外优良品种的安全引进,又不影响对外贸易发展,对葡萄繁殖材料携带病毒进行风险识别和风险管理势在必行。对葡萄繁殖材料携带病毒进行了风险识别并提出两种风险管理备选方案供参考。

Along with the development of our economy and foreign trade, and the improving of people＇ s living standard , especially the development of our grape brewing wine industry, more and more grape propagation materials need to be imported from foreign countries （mainly from European union countries,U.S.A et. ） to promote grape variety renovation. As a consequence, the risk of introducing grape viruses into our country increases along with grape propagation materials imported from foreign countries. In order to protect our grape industry and prevent foreign grape viruses from being introduced into our country while grape propagation materials, and reduce the effect on the trade with all the energy, the risk diagnoses and management of importing grape propagation material virus should be carried. The risk management projects of the importing grape propagation materials virus was suggested in the paper.
