田旋花种子发芽特性研究与实生苗出苗规律的调查

Studies on burgeon characteristic of Convolvulus arvensis seed and investigation on rule of seedling

对田旋花种子的发芽试验证明,当年生种子有极高的硬实率,室内越冬的种子其硬实率有所下降;在土壤中经过越冬的种子硬实率下降明显,但种子活力下降较大;在土壤中,上层(0～5cm)的种子发芽率低于下层(5—15cm)种子,土壤对田旋花种子起有保护作用;通过在苜蓿种子田中的调查发现,田旋花实生苗的出苗时间非常集中,5月下旬出苗占全年总出苗数的85.64%,7月中旬后停止出苗。

It is proved that the Convolvulus arvensis has great seed hardness, the overwintering indoors seed＇s hardness decrases which of the seed in the ,soil descends obviously but the vitality of the seed will descend greatly. In the soil, the superstratum seed＇s germination rate in the superstratum is lower than the underlayer seed＇s and the soil can protect the seed of the Corevolvulus arvensis. On the basis of the investigation on the alfalfa seed in the field, it was found that the time of the germination eentred upon the Convolvulus arvensis seedling. The germination percentage in last ten days of May was up to 85.64% of the whole year. The germination stopped after second ten day＇s of July.
