摘要
目的研究N-苯基马来酰亚胺合成新工艺。方法以乙酸乙酯作溶剂、醋酐作脱水剂、醋酸钠作催化剂合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺,采用正交实验方法确定最佳工艺条件。结果脱水剂用量为15ml、催化剂为20mmol、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为60min时N-苯基马来酰亚胺的收率可达89%。结论产品经晶形、熔点和红外光谱分析确定为目标产品。
Objective: To establish a new synthesis technology of N-Phenyl Maleimide. Methods: N-Phenyl Maleimide was synthesized by the use o{ ethyl acetate as solvent, acetic anhydride as dehydrating agent and sodium acetate as catalyst. The optimum technical conditions were researched by orthogonal tests, Results: The optimum conditions were achieved with the amount of dehydrating agent, 15ml; the amount of catalyst, 20mmol; the reaction temperature, 55℃ ;the reaction time, 60min. The yield of N-Phenyl Maleimide was 89%. Conclusion: The product is identified by crystal form, melting point and IR test.
