全数字低频制动技术在交流提升机电控系统的应用

摘要 本文针对新柏煤矿公司原副井提升系统存在的问题进行技术改造,用全数字模式实现控制过程的自动化,用两套PLC构成互相独立的安全回路双线制,具有安全回路双线制、过程控制数字化、低频制动无环流、控制器件模块化、彩屏参数动态化、报警内容语言化、控制过程程序化及执行器件真空化等特点,达到了运行安全可靠、制动力矩自动调节、节能效果显著。 The paper introduces the technological transtormation in view of the problems existed m the onglnal service hoisting system of Xinbai Coal Mining Co. , Ltd. In this way, the full-digital mode is used to realize the automation control and two sets of PLC are applied to form a mutually independent two-line system of safety circuit.Besides the two-line system of safety circuit, the improved system is provide with the characteristics such as digital control, low-frequency braking without circulatory flow, modulation of control device, dynamic parameter display,alarming with language, programmable control and vacuum executive-system, thus realizing safe and reliable operation, automatic adjustment of braking moment and achieving a marked effect of energy conservation.
