摘要
《公务员法》的颁布使公务员培训工作纳入了法制化的轨道。高效率的公务员培训建立在对培训需求科学分析基础之上。培训需求循环分析模型、培训需求任务-绩效分析模型和YGWB培训需求分析模型,在多年公务员培训实践中被证明是行之有效的培训需求分析方法。对这些方法的研究和总结既有理论上的价值也有实践上的意义。
The implementation of Public Servant Law has brought the training work of public servant into the legal track. High-efficiency training to public servant is based on the scientific analysis to the training demand. The circuiar demand model, the task-performance analysis model and YGWB analysis model, after many years' practice in public servant training, have proved to be highly effective method in terms of training demand analysis. Therefore, studying and summarizing these methods will have both theoretical value and practical significance.
