植安灵对南方根结线虫的控制效果及其作用方式探讨 被引量:2

摘要 测定了植物源杀虫剂“植安灵”在温室盆钵中对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)的控制效果。结果表明:该药剂对根结线虫有较高的活性,100倍稀释液对根结形成抑制率达75.6%,对卵块形成抑制率为66.7%,但稀释倍数大于400倍时的抑制作用不明显;在离体条件下,植安灵对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫(J2)有明显的驱避作用;对虫卵孵化有较强的抑制作用;对J2有很强的击倒活性,100倍稀释液处理24h的击倒率达86.7%,但大多数被击倒的虫体可以在清水中恢复活动能力,100倍稀释液24h内的致死率只有36.0%。抑制而不是直接杀死J2,对J2的驱避作用及卵孵化的抑制是植安灵防治根结线虫的主要作用机制。 The control efficacy of Zhi'anling, a plant-origin biopesticide against Meloidogyne incognita, was assessed at plot in greenhouse. The results showed that the pesticide inhibition reached 75.6% of gall formation and 66.7% of egg masses formation when tomato was treated with 100 folds dilution. However, Zhi'anling provided little disease control efficiency at over 400 folds dilution. Action mode of Zhi'anling against M. incognita was studied in vitro. Results suggested that Zhi'anling had a good knock-out activity against J2. Treatment with 100 folds dilution for 24 h could knock down 86.7% of J2 individuals, but most of them could recover mobility after returning to fresh water. Treatment with 100 folds dilution for 24 h could only kill 36.0% of J2 individuals, which indicated that the primary action of Zhi'anling against J2 was inhibited rather than killing. Meanwhile, the results of this study showed that Zhi'anling could significantly repel J2, with obvious repelling zone observed after being treated for 2 h and enlarged with the treatment time. Moreover, treating the M. incognita with 100 folds dilution of Zhi'anling for 24 h resulted in 69.6% of inhibition on egg hatch.
