摘要
荒漠盐生植物盐穗木主要生长于盐碱地、沙地、河流及湖泊周围,在塔里木盆地及其周边荒漠地区分布较广泛,其化学成分有一定药用价值。为了进一步研究盐穗木中有效化学成分,了解其药用性能。本科题组将盐穗木全草粉乙醇提取后,采用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取、薄层层析等方法加以分离和分析,并结合药敏实验并对其进行效价测定。结果显示,盐穗木化学成分对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用。
Halostashys Caspicagrows in Tarim Basin around rivers, lakes Md desert extensively. To studythe ettective component and pharmacological effect of Halostashys Caspica in the Tarim Basin. Halostashys Caspiea was extractedwith ethanol, the extracts of ethanol were extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol again. Drag Susceptibility Tests were made to tested the bacteriostasis potency of halostashys' components. Results shows: the chemical constituents fromHalostashys Caspica have inhibition to E. coli and staphylococcus anreus.
