摘要
针对油气田普遍存在ＣａＳＯ４垢且难以处理的问题，研制了两类新型ＣａＳＯ４垢除垢剂：ＪＨ类和ＷＳ类。单独试验（含ＪＨ类除垢剂的正交试验）和对比试验表明，ＪＨ—２１３Ａ，ＪＨ—２１１Ｂ和ＷＳ—１对ＣａＳＯ４·２Ｈ２Ｏ具有较好的溶解能力。对油田现场垢样进行处理，结果显示ＪＨ—２１３Ａ对ＣａＳＯ４垢的溶垢性能最好。两类除垢剂制备简单、原料易得，产品无异味、无污染，可望在油田推广使用。
Two new CaSO_4. scale removers, type JH (JH-211A, JH-213A, JH213B) and WS (WS-1), are developed. Tests, both single and comparative, show that they enable removing CaSO_4, scale substantially. Under the conditions of 4h reaction time, 40℃ temperature and pH of 13, their scale-removal efficiency is over 66%,scale converter efficiency over 92% and total scale removal efficiency over 97. 7%' Among them, JH213A is the best.
