摘要
针对油气田普遍存在CaSO4垢且难以处理的问题,研制了两类新型CaSO4垢除垢剂:JH类和WS类。单独试验(含JH类除垢剂的正交试验)和对比试验表明,JH—213A,JH—211B和WS—1对CaSO4·2H2O具有较好的溶解能力。对油田现场垢样进行处理,结果显示JH—213A对CaSO4垢的溶垢性能最好。两类除垢剂制备简单、原料易得,产品无异味、无污染,可望在油田推广使用。
Two new CaSO_4. scale removers, type JH (JH-211A, JH-213A, JH213B) and WS (WS-1), are developed. Tests, both single and comparative, show that they enable removing CaSO_4, scale substantially. Under the conditions of 4h reaction time, 40℃ temperature and pH of 13, their scale-removal efficiency is over 66%,scale converter efficiency over 92% and total scale removal efficiency over 97. 7%' Among them, JH213A is the best.
