摘要
研究了摩擦速度对4Cr14Ni14W2Mo-4Cr10Si2Mo摩擦焊接头组织性能的影响。根据摩擦产热机制,分析了摩擦速度改变焊合区组织和性能梯度以及碳化物聚集程度的原因,通过选取适中的摩擦速度,使舰船柴油机双金属气阀摩擦焊接头的抗拉强度达到987MPa,弯曲角达到87。
The influence of friction speed on the structure and properties of friction welded 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo-4Cr10Si2Mo joints was investigated. On the basis of the mechanism of friction heating, the causes of friction speed impacting on the gradients of structure and properties and the carbide gathering of weld zone are analyzed. With proper friction speed, the joints of the above two metals with tensile strength 987MPa and curued angle 87° are obtained which are applied in marine diesel engine.
