摘要
[目的]观察抗术后疲劳方对手术后疲劳综合征(POFS)大鼠模型的作用及其机制。[方法]选用POFS大鼠模型,观察大鼠体重、肛温、体力活动、血清蛋白、转铁蛋白等指标,对模型大鼠小肠黏膜损伤进行病理评价,测定肝脏清蛋白基因表达。[结果]抗术后疲劳方能改善大鼠模型术后一般情况和转铁蛋白等营养学指标,减轻创伤应激带来的小肠黏膜损伤,增加肝清蛋白基因表达。[结论]抗术后疲劳方能缩短模型大鼠POFS持续时间,减轻POFS的程度。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of the anti-postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS) decoction on rat model of POFS and to study the mechanism of it. [Methods] Rat model of POFS was developed by partial resection of liver. Behavioral changes, disorder of nutritive intake after operation, stress reaction pathological change of mucous membrane in small intestine and the hepatic albumin gene expression were observed. [Results]Anti-POFS decoction improved behavioral changes of rat model and increased index of nutrition such as serum iron, total protein,albumin and globulin. It restored the injury of the mucous membrane resulted from the stress reaction and increased the expression of the liver albumin. [Conclusion]Anti-POFS decoction canshorten the time of POFS and mitigate symptoms of POFS in the rat model.
