摘要
[目的]观察牛磺酸对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化组织中Ⅲ型胶原ColⅢ的影响及其发生机制。[方法]采用CCl4分组诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察牛磺酸对血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)以及组织中ColⅢ、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的影响。[结果]牛磺酸能减少TGFβ1的表达[(33±13)%→(20±6)%,P<0.01],降低血清PCⅢ[(33±14)g/L→(19±8)g/L,P<0.01]及组织ColⅢ[(28±15)%→(18±5)%,P<0.01]水平。[结论]牛磺酸具有减少组织ColⅢ而减轻肝纤维化程度的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect and the genetic mechanism of taurine on collagen Ⅲ in hepatofibrosis tissues in rats induced by carbontetrachloride（CCl4） in rats. [Methods] The hepatofibrosis rat model was induced by CCl4. And the effect of taurine on PCⅢ in serum, collagenⅢ in tissues and TGF-β1 was studied. [Results] The expression of TGF-β1 reduced[（33±13） %→（20±6） % ,P〈0. 01], PCⅢ in serum devaluated[（33±14）g/L→（19±8）g/L, P〈0. 01]and collagen Ⅲ in tissues decreased[（28 ± 15） %→（ 18 ± 5） %, P〈0. 01]. [Conclusion] Taurine could effectively reduce collagenⅢ in tissues, which might be the mechanism of palliating the degree of hepatofibrosis.
